2010 St-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly, Hubert Lamy
A pretty nose, with fragrant notes of white flowers and rounded white fruits. The palate is incredibly pure, with pretty, delicate white peach characters allied with a fine vein of citrus acidiity. While the fruit is ripe and full, it nonetheless has a delicate nature and is incredibly light on its feet, given structure and backbone by a subtle minerality. Effortlessly elegant.
