2008 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières, Louis Carillon
With 1.18 ha of Perrières, Domaine Carillon has a decent holding, the soils are heavier with more clay and greater water retention, giving wines with more weight. Rich and concentrated with notes of pear, beurre noisette and citrus this is a serious bottle of Puligny which will benefit from bottle age.
