2005 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ-Canet, Etienne Sauzet
Smoky, mineral nuances as well as characters of fresh citrus and almost white
peach. Ample, more rounded here, with a discreet stoney mineral character,
but an overriding impression of ripe gently mouth-filling fruit. Finely expressed
and generous with a mouthwatering note of acidity on the finish.
