2015 Echézeaux Grand Cru, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
Another large Grand Cru where location is everything, the estate are situated in Les Rouges du Bas, alongside Mugneret Gibourg. Charles has used 100% whole bunch fermentation on this, a rarity for him. But he feels that it’s brought freshness and elegance, and who are we to argue. This is a stunning Echézeaux.
