2014 Nuits St-Georges Les Poisets, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
Some of the vines in Les Poisets are over seventy years old, giving a real intensity and power to the wine. The aromas that pour from the glass offer an intense perfume of violets and lilacs, whilst weight and structure form on the palate, without losing any elegance. The tannins are firm but velvety and the acidity fresh and vibrant, with everything in perfect balance. An excellent wine, this has huge potential.
