Considered the finest 1er Cru in Gevrey, often fetching prices higher than several Grands Crus, its wines resemble Chambertin (and that's not a bad vineyard to resemble!). Vigourous, complex and full-bodied they are the epitome of the village and understandably very difficult to find.
