This wine comes from very old vines: 80 years on average! It is this estate's most delicate and feminine premier cru. The nose is beguiling, with a great complexity: red fruits, but also some lavender and a hint of truffly savoury character. This flavour profile follows onto the palate and the texture is simply great: fresh acidity and fine but firm tannins.
