2007 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Malconsorts, Domaine de Montille
From a parcel of vines within this great premier cru that neighbours Grand Cru La Tâche. A very attractive perfume of dusky fruits. The palate has a remarkably pure expression with a seductive texture, underscored by a minerality which adds to the sense of precision. Very natural in style, with such clarity of pinot noir expression.
