Within a 50-hectare grand cru with upwards of 70 growers, Clos de Vougeot quality is often variable. Nicolas has selected his grower skilfully for this wine. An intense, fresh sour cherry fruit is texturally rich and smooth. A fine, firm tannin surround adds a grip and weight to the structure. A clos de vougeot worthy of its Grand Cru status.
