This cuvée, taken from three separate parcels, shows so well in this vintage, it seems to check every box. Fragrant, vibrant and supple with a lovely dense touch to the lush core of red fruits presented on the palate.Very pure and inherently classy with a long, graceful finish. If a village example is the yardstick by which to judge a great grower then Sylvain Cathiard certainly scores.
