A smokier and more sauvage note on the nose. Very ripe fruit on the palate, with more texture and depth, as you would expect from this jewel of a vineyard, with more obvious tannins holding the richness of the fruit in check. Very long in the mouth, with blackberry and mulberry flavours on the finish. A superb wine.
