2010 Ormes de Pez has a very pure, stunningly rich nose. Loaded with cassis and bramble fruit, nuanced with subtle notes of cedar. This is a big, but very beautiful wine with silky texture and refreshing acidity all in perfect harmony. The finish goes on for an age and hints at what is to come with this cracking St-Estèphe.
