2007 Château Fourcas Hosten, Cru Bourgeois Listrac
This is a well-balanced Bordeaux with nicely integrated components. A larger percentage of Merlot than most left bank blends gives it supple tannin and black fruit, with tobacco and smoke on the finish, signs of its development.
