The quality of Haut-Bailly’s wines goes from strength to strength and with it the reputation of this well-run property. Certainly 2006 Haut- Bailly is a cut above several of the wines in its peer group and exhibits a glorious array of fruit and a lushness rarely found in this area of Bordeaux. It finishes with a rush of tannins, but these will integrate well with the fruit as the wine develops.
