The fruit reveals layer after layer of dusky cherry and plum, with earthy, minerally nuances and fine, silky tannins adding to the impression of harmony. This is a very natural wine, nothing forced or drying despite its considerable tannin. An effortless lingering finish signals a very fine Calon.
