The 2000 Moulinet-Lasserre is everything you'd want from a Pomerol at 18 years of age. Silky and well-bred, the nose has notes of dried plums and spice, with a hint of tobacco and forest floor. The palate is even more complex still, with notes of pot-pourri and truffle, supported by refined tannins and beautiful acidity. Brilliantly together at this age, this is well worth securing.
