‘Daffy’s’ is what British gin was called in the 1800s, and none other than Charles Dickens wrote about the virtues of Daffy. We think he would approve of this incredibly fine Scottish gin, which can be enjoyed straight, with tonic, Martini or as a cocktail. Produced in the Cairngorms, in the grounds of the rather gloriously named Strathmashie House, Daffy’s is distilled using a unique slow cook process. Daffy’s gin uses a mix of traditional and new botanicals, with Lebanese mint being the showstopping ingredient that gives the gin its buttery, creamy and toffee notes. Daffy’s has a depth of flavour hard to find in London dry gin.
