IT Coordinator

The business is known for its personal service, coupled with its outstanding range of wines which it sells exclusively to private customers. Central to this growth strategy are people, and therefore one important addition to the team will be the newly created learning and development role, reporting directly to the Head of Systems.


We are looking for an IT Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for looking after the IT needs of the company, working closely with the E-Commerce Manager and our IT agency.


Team needs & equipment management

  • Set up computers, both laptops and desktops, at existing and new offices (including warehouse), which may include routine health & safety checks
  • Set up and manage IT help desk, which includes triage of all inbound requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain office and warehouse network and work with a solution provider to stay up to date with upgrades and scheduled maintenances
  • Keep a log and inventory check of all computer equipment, which includes PAC tests (via external vendor) and ensuring it meets other safety requirements
  • Account management to ensure GDPR compliance
  • Manage relationship with telecommunications provider and ensure all team members’ telecoms needs are met (mobile phone, office phone, messaging, etc.)


  • Assist with testing of new ecommerce features
  • Participate in WMS (Warehouse Management System) testing
  • Assist the creation of ERP system test cases and conduct additional system tests

Vendor management

  • Monitor contractual agreements for all IT function’s vendors
  • Manage external vendor relations
  • Perform as functional bridge between external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate all vendor management tasks
  • Ensure enterprise-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuity vendor monitoring are being accomplished


  • Prior experience (minimum 2 years) in an IT role in a medium-sized company (15+ employees)
  • Ideally has experience using either an ERP or a WMS system, or both
  • Solid understanding of computers, mobile devices and other IT infrastructure
