Standing sentinel above pretty Saarburg, Rausch features high on our list of favourite vineyards. This Spätlese from Zilliken is exquisite, with floral notes, lime-driven citrus and a touch a minerality. On the palate there is a subtle herbaceousness, limey fruit and a touch of pepper. Beautifully balanced, with a long, floral finish.
