Of perfect provenance, we purchased this wine directly from the Champagne house very recently. This wine was only disgorged in 2013. 1976 was an incredibly warm year, a fantastic summer that has produced Champagnes that now have remarkable finesse. This is, by all accounts, a wine of mind blowing beauty; a wine that will live long in the memory of all that have tasted it.
