Appealing on the nose, with vibrant preserved lemon, soft orchard fruit and rich shortbread biscuit notes rising from the glass. On the palate, this has the class and density of a vintage style, with a rich and concentrated core of white stone fruit and warm brioche, brightened by a crystal-clear vein of mineral acidity.
