Sharp and poised with a stony character at first that slowly reveals heady aromas of green apple, lemon peel, crushed rocks, chalk and sea salt. On the palate, there is real substance where citrus fruits and minerals harmoniously balance one another, with a comforting blanket of delicate, nutty oak. With its mineral precision and razor-sharp acidity, this astonishingly complex wine has brilliant potential.
