This wine was made using a small amount of botrytised grapes (and aged in a little more new oak than Villard’s other white wines), which provide a very intense nose of citrus peel, apricot, peach and almond. On the palate, the texture is fresh, delicate and balanced with honey and nectarine leading to a long finish.
