2010 Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Philippe Colin

2010 Chassagne-Montrachet, Domaine Philippe Colin

Domaine Michel Colin was divided between brothers Bruno and Philippe, beginning with the 2004 vintage. Philippe received nine hectares, from which he produces elegant wines with some complexity, which tend to age extremely well.
His Chassagne Montrachet is made from fruit of an average of 30 years old, drawn from four sites from within the Chassagne Montrachet commune. Hand harvested and traditionally made and aged for 11 months in 25% new oak.
