2010 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles, Colin-Deléger

A Grand Cru in all but name Demoiselles is effectively a corner of Chevalier-Montrachet and one of the smallest and most desirable 1er Crus in Puligny. With a leesy, almost smoky nose it is refined and stylish with great concentration. On the palate there are notes of apricot and blossom with new oak and great length, it hurts to say it but this is a (relative) bargain!
