Gentle patisserie notes and subtle scents of lime combine with an evident but restrained minerality. Lovely gentle ripeness, poised, balanced. The palate is clean, direct, vibrant and full of energy – great focus and direction. Long with intense chalky minerality and fine acid structure. This will take on more weight and roundness while retaining its mineral drive.
