An altogether more linear wine here with an accent on pure fruit and mineral drive. There is a lacy character to the pure cherry and redcurrant fruit but it shows good persistence and intensity on the palate. The finish is all mineral with succulent tannins and a real wet stone character intermingling with the fruit. One for the purists.
