2007 Château Haut-Brion Blanc, Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan

2007 Château Haut-Brion Blanc, Cru Classé Pessac-Léognan

Deeper in hue than the Laville, with enticing aromas of mineral-tinged peach and citrus. The palate is generous, yet streamlined with a taut, mineral vein, juicy ripe peach and a lemony darting acidity. This is so well balanced and beautifully poised with a finish that goes on for minutes. This demonstrates the stunning complexity and poise that regularly single out the whites of Haut-Brion as the finest of all white Bordeaux. The only disappointment is the scarcity of stock!
