This solid performer, based in the commune of Ludon-Medoc, has pulled out all the stops in 2012. Fresh, ripe Cabernet fruit dominates the pure nose, whilst the palate is well-balanced, with sweet black fruit and fine, elegant tannins, and just a hint of menthol on the finish. Approachable early, it will drink splendidly in the medium-term.
