2005 Château Lacroix, Côtes de Castillon
From the superb 2005 vintage and the up and coming Côtes de Castillon appellation comes Ch Lacroix. We bought this parcel from JP Moeuix the owners of Ch Petrus no less.
Notes of black cherry, fruitcake and Autumnal leaves on the nose, on the palate the structure is beginning to soften but still provides a frame for the rich Merlot fruit which was so successful in 2005, long complex finish.
