The Saint-Aubin vineyards lie high on the same slope as the Grand Crus of Puligny-Montrachet, and its wines display a similar finesse and character to those of its neighbour – though significantly less expensive. This marvellous Saint Aubin offers zesty lemon coupled with delicate hazelnut-cream flavours and an excellent textural richness.
