Bin Club Terms & Conditions
Members joining the Bin Club are deemed to have accepted Lay & Wheeler's standard, portfolio and cellarage terms and conditions. Additionally the following Bin Club terms and conditions apply:
- Lay & Wheeler Bin Club reserves the right to offer new member promotions from time to time. Such incentives are exclusive to new members and will normally be offered subject to a minimum membership term.
- Members may cancel their subscription by giving notice, in writing, to the registered office of Lay & Wheeler Ltd. Any outstanding balance must be settled in full.
- Despite the hands-off nature of wine accumulation through the Bin Club, members retain ultimate control over the direction of the cellar and the buying profile can be reviewed from time to time.
- There is no fixed length of membership, which can be activated, suspended or re-instated on written instruction from the member (subject to terms relating to membership promotions).
- All members should notify Lay & Wheeler in writing of any change in personal details e.g. address.
- The fine wine market can be volatile, and no guarantee can be given on the likely future value of wines.
- Bin Club credit is provided solely at the discretion of Lay & Wheeler, subject to satisfactory credit reference checks.
- The company reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue amounts.
- Lay & Wheeler reserves the right to alter the terms of the Bin Club membership at any time. All alterations will be communicated to members in writing.
