When can I expect delivery of my order?
Orders are normally delivered within 7 working days, although extra time should be allowed for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Should you require delivery on a specific day you can select from one of our enhanced delivery services.
What time will my order arrive?
Lay & Wheeler cannot normally guarantee a time of delivery. However, we do offer enhanced delivery services should you require a timed delivery.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for all orders over £200. For orders under this value a charge of £9.95 is levied. For withdrawals from your portfolio, there is a standard charge of £4.99 per case, subject to a minimum of £14.98. Please apply for a personal quotation for withdrawals of 5 cases or more.
What if I have any queries regarding a delivery?

Can you deliver abroad?
Lay & Wheeler can deliver wines abroad. Please click here for details of our export service.
I live abroad, can I place an order?
Yes, for customers based overseas, we can arrange delivery to any mainland UK address or to an address on UK offshore islands, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
Can I amend my order?
Orders which haven't been sent to our warehouse may be amended. Please contact our sales team should you wish to amend an order.
Can my wines be delivered to my place of work?
You may select an alternative address for any order you place with us.
How do I deliver wines to multiple addresses?
Please create a separate order for each delivery address.
Can I collect my wine order from your office/shop?
You may. You may choose to collect from Vinothèque, our offices at Holton St Mary, or Wheeler Cellars in Colchester.
