Do you offer your full list online?

We offer our most comprehensive list ever on line and we aim to list as many of our lines as possible - you can even browse our broking list. However, in certain cases where stocks are of limited availability and require strict allocation, we are not able to offer these wines on the website.

I want to re-order a wine I've previously purchased, but have forgotten which one it was.

You can view all orders placed since February 2006 on our website. Please click here to view your order history. Alternatively, and for purchases prior to February 2006 please contact our sales team, who will be happy to assist you.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity for orders to be delivered, you can order any quantity from a single half bottle upwards. For En Primeur and orders into the portfolio service wines can only be purchased in sealed cases.

Can I purchase wines lying abroad (En Primeur) online?

Yes. These can be added to your shopping basket as normal.

What does buying "En Primeur" mean?

Do I have to buy a full case?

Only if the wine is being purchased En Primeur or to be placed into your cellar. Delivered orders can be a single bottle or you can even create your own mixed case.

Do I need to have an account with you to place an order?

No. You can place an order without having an account. During the checkout process, you will be required to register with us. This will make future purchasing faster and easier and allow you to make full use of our site's features.  

Can I store wines with you? If so, how much does it cost?

My order is a gift. Can I include a message ?

Yes. During the checkout process you can assign a gift message to your order.

Do you offer quantity discounts if I buy a number of cases?

Lay & Wheeler have a variety of offers running at any one time, many of which do offer quantity discounts.
